OFFICIALS CORNER'S MISSION: is the empowerment of empathy, growth, and diversity amongst the dwindling sports officiating community and their counterparts. American sports officials have retired from officiating at an unprecedented rate since the 2020 COVID Lockdowns. In nearly all youth sports, exists an exponentially growing shortage of trained, in-shape sports officials to cover all scheduled games.
